I have the bearded iris named stairway to heaven in bloom!
It reminds me of walking on the beach as a child in the 1950s
and the young man pushing the snow cone cart yelling
Snow Cones...and it was so so hot at the Atlantic Ocean
in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina USA.

I relished getting the grape snow cone!
These blooms remind me of that snow cone and
it is a good memory from childhood!
