I know there are a few of us out there, and now that it's getting warmer they are starting to leaf out and some may even be showing signs of inflo's... let's see your pictures and share status updates on how everyone's plants are doing... I'd be posting pictures right now but I'm on the wrong computer Smiling Silly me!!

Checking in!! I have one inflo coming on a leafless plant. Several other plants are getting leaves but no inflos. Pretty sure I killed the caribbean plumeria Detrick gave me over a year ago. It did so well last year but the cold really got it this winter. I cut the dead parts off as Detrick suggested but no growth so far.

If you've cut off the tips of the plumeria it may take the entire season to recover and grow new tips... I wouldn't write it off as dead yet :)... glad you have some inflos... I have none, but my mom just planted her Puu ka hea (sp?) in the ground and it has an inflo, I'll post pictures as that one blooms Smiling Linda, make sure you show us pictures of your flowers when that inflo blooms Smiling

Thanks for telling me it might take all season to recover. One must be patient with these plants! I want instant flowers! Hilarious! I will post a picture of my one inflo IF it makes it to the flower stage! Rolling my eyes. Linda

Yay, I like this new forum! I will take photos later. Leaves are growing but no inflos. I have never had a single bloom but nevertheless, I love my plummies.

Ta Da!
It's taller than it looks.

Can it receive all day sun or is it better to have only morning?

What exposure have you been keeping it in?? Mine right now is in a smaller pot up against a wall... I am going to transplant it and move it away from the wall... it'll be fine once I do that... I had one that received all day sun and did fine until the big freeze got it... it was planted in the ground and loved it...

Mine is in a large pot and gets sun all day long at this point. I wondered if it should just have morning and early afternoon sun.

I have a (Dete) Pink Perfection (I think).
After two years I planted it in the ground last year. East side of a north south wing ... sun until about 1pm summer. Winter, not so much. It's alive and growing. How do I get an inflow out of this creature?

Becky my plumerias tend to get sun burned leaves if they get the afternoon sun so I try not to put them in that exposure. All of mine are in pots, maybe that effects how much sun they can take. Confused

They definitely get hotter in a pot versus in the ground... keep the roots cool and you keep the plant happier...
