It fades some as the plant ages. In this pic...petiole and leaf are a couple months old. I kept forgetting to get the photo when it first emerged. Then it took me several tries to get the darn thing in focus. It's developing 3 new leaves, so I hope to get a better picture.
God gave us wings. He just called them horses
