Any thoughts as to name?
This one is about 12" shorter than Festiva Maxima & it has red/white buds.

My daughter brought me 3 NOID when she moved over 3 years ago. First year for bloom since I set them out.
Will check on scent tomorrow. I have been checking peony sites but nothing yet.
Thumb of 2014-05-06/chickhill/114f3a from this afternoon, can you tell the buds have red streaks on them?

maybe White Dream? UPDATE this one measures 30" tall

Your plant could also be Gardenia, which has white blooms streaked with red, and it has a lovely scent. Here's a picture oft Gardenia for comparison.
