Ended up buying 120 bags of mulch at $2/bag. Best price I have seen for a while.

FWIW, looked up the sale mulch online and found it's the died red/brown/black. I use all sorts of mulches. I bought the medium brown color (exact same product) a few years back for a bed that gets sun morning through afternoon.

The color retention was excellent and surpassed the guarantee on the bag. Early on some of the died mulches were notorious for "bleeding" onto concrete/pavers. I did not experience any such issues with this product but it is worthy of note.

I've only used the red colored stuff once, wear gloves! Sticking tongue out
