Is anyone else having a problem with this? Yesterday I tried multiple times to add a photo, then finally gave up, and when I went back later I was able to upload okay. Now this morning I again can't seem to get one to go through. When I click on "upload image" nothing at all happens. Any ideas?

The site will be having occasional oddities during this server transition period. I'm expecting to be finished with all the work this morning.

Thanks, Dave -- my first thought is always that it's my own computer messing with me! Smiling

I still haven't been able to upload photos -- but then it finally occurred to me to try logging in with IE instead of Chrome, and then I was able to do so. I tried clearing my cache in Chrome, which didn't help. Any suggestions as to what setting might have gotten screwed up that's causing this? Confused

Check your compatability view (whatever that is); that is what I needed to do before I could upload photos.

Also, do you have javascript enabled? Javascript is needed for the upload button to work.

>> clearing my cache

Sometimes, when a website advises "clearing your cache", I also have to delete all old cookies for that site. Maybe that's part of what is meant by "cache", but I only know that it helped me a few times.

Okay, I definitely have javascript enabled, and clearing my cache did include cookies; I can't seem to figure out where to find "compatibility view," though...

At least now I know I can still upload from IE Smiling

And there's always Firefox. I've never had any problems uploading from FF. Yeah, I know Chrome is faster, but I'm a stick-in-the-mud. Hilarious!

Right click on the shortcut you use to open Chrome
Select Properties
Select the Compatibility tab and add ATP

That's basically it.

Woofie, Chrome hasn't actually been running that fast for me lately... Sad

Greene, I thought maybe we were onto something there, but when I right click there isn't an option to add specific programs... just "run in compatibility mode for" (various versions of Windows), and "run in 256 colors," "run in 640 x 480 screen resolution," "disable visual themes," "disable desktop composition," "disable display scaling on high DPI settings," and "run this program as administrator."

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, but that had no effect, either.

I do appreciate the attempts to help me out ! Thank You!

There is an IE tab (nope, I don't understand it at all) that others have said allowed them to access the compatability thingy.
Yep, it is late and I am tired. Signing off. G'night. Thumbs up
