Beautiful, Janice. It is a wonderful time of year. I wish I could bottle some of this weather and send it to our friends up north.

Janice, beautiful!
The Crocus are blooming here, but it is sleeting and not too much fun outside.

Maybe I can pick up the spirits of those suffering through yet another snow storm or at least nasty weather.

The caladiums are beginning to emerge.

It hasn't snowed....yet. I'm hoping it was just a scare. It was 26 degrees when I was dog walking this AM though. Thanks for those colorful pics, Jim!!! I especially love the color of the first hibiscus and the scarlet milkweed!

It looked more like Christmas here this morning, as I cleaned off my car from the white stuff and discovered I had probably a dead battery.... Thumbs down

I love that desk garden Kathy, that striped Phal is adorable!
Everything is starting to bloom at once here, the dogwoods and redbuds are so
pretty at the moment...wish I had one! I do have this pretty Japanese Maple and some daffodils and some tulips

and then I have this compost pile with last years items..tulips are treated like annuals here, because the winters aren't really cold enough (HA!) long enough ( DOUBLE HA!)
and the critters just love to eat them. So imagine my surprise ...

At least you can grow tulips, Lindsey. We don't seem to have them at all.

Wha...I've got 2 tags in my file...Red Emperor and Inabe Shidare
I got both for a song, planted them in a hurry before Lowe's realized their mistake,
and now couldn't tell you which was which if my life depended on it!
