My neighbor has this growing in her garden. She doesn't speak English, and I don't speak Ukrainian...Do you recognize it?

It looks like Achillea millefolium, I have it as it is native, insects love it!

There are Yarrow in all different colors too, not just white. It is very drought tolerant and hardy.
