That is just crazy how different ours are Patty on the same day. Mine has only bin in the ground for about a month.

I know! I am going to start taking a broad pic before I do the zoom in... then later I can make sure of the location and semp. I even went outside tonight in my nightgown with a flashlight to check it out again!!!

It really is amazing that it is the same semp! I love it! Also funny how different it looks once the color has changed! Mine died last summer so I re-ordered in Dec. so they're still little but I have 4 young ones!

I need to go out and see what mine looks like right now.

What a a great way to see how different this semp looks within a two or 3 day range, growing in different conditions.

Would the rest of you add your new photos to the database? It will be helpful to have them all present for comparison on differences.
The leaves on mine are starting to shorten and become broader now that our rainy season is diminishing.

'Ohio Burgundy' is a nice one. Ed thought it might have come from 'Cleveland Morgan' even though he grew just mixed bee seed. You don't see 'Cleveland Morgan' offered much any more because it has been superseded by others. I'm sure my 'Lipstick' has 'Cleveland Morgan' as a pollen parent as it was blooming next to the plant of 'Silverine' that was harvested for that seedling crop.

Here is my 'Ohio Burgundy'. It is probably 10-12" across.

Oh no! If mine start getting this huge I'm going to have a serious problem!

It takes a couple years to attain the mature size Patty. Meanwhile you can plan your landscape around the idea of BIG!!

I had to move it Patty from its original location. Plan for a new place!!

Guess it is one I should move now!! Mine are just now sending out little ones!!! They look all happy and healthy! But if they're going to need space, I need to move them over to my friend's yard! To the "troughs" with them!!

In a couple years I will have to either get more land or downsize my semp collection
