I have no use for internet bullies!

Received this at our local swap, no name but it's beautiful and comes back every year.
I forgot to include a size reference in the photos; foliage is appx. 6-8 inches tall, flower spike up to 2 feet tall.

I'm having trouble with my eyes tonight so I'm not sure but maybe Stalked Bulbine (Bulbine frutescens) ?

Okay, now I feel bad. I have had this plant for 3 years and couldn't figure it out.

I have it in the ground @Calif_Sue, thanks. Used a potted one (which was on its way to the local swap from whence it came) for the photo. This plant is completely carefree. The foliage glows in the sunlight. I love it; just got tired of calling it 'Harvey, Earl of Orange', for lack of a proper name. But it will take me a while to warm up to the real name...
Bulbine frutescens...need a mnemonic to remember this one.
