I have 2 large urns that have a chestnut vine and grape ivy in them. The ivy is starting to look like it's seen its better days, tho I might try and salvage them. What I'm really wanting to know is which would be best for the chestnut vines..........a large hanging basket (I have 20 and 24 inch) or a large pot with an obliesk or trellis?

Since it's a vine, and apparently can get rather large, you'd probably do best to put it in a large pot with a trellis. Do you have any photos of your plant? I noticed that we don't have a picture in the database for that one. (Tetrastigma voinierianum)
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.

Here is a photo............it doesn't look that good now, which is why I want to get them out of both urns.
