Hi Allison your opening containers are just wonderful.
I just popped in here to see whats going on.
Nothing I like more than coleus. They are there for you when some other annuals age gone.
It takes until mid july - September to really make an impact with containers here.

They are wonderful Jo Ann. I need to go out and take an update photo of my one and only coleus container. I do have a pinched start in my hibiscus container. Wonder how long it will take for it to get big enough to notice. I better take a photo of that also, then another in a month for comparison. : )

thanks,its my winter project to create combos for the nearly 20 planters I have. I lived in a house without much of a yard driveway down one side and neighbors property line smack dab against it.
I lined the drive with planters so I could have more of a garden.
Moved them all with me when we bought this house.

I just took an update photo of my coleus container. I also pinched out a taller piece of the Red Head and stuck it.
Wish I would have taken the photo first.

Here is when it was a new planting and not even one month later. I can't believe how much it has grown. I'm falling in love with coleus.

The small leafed one is filling in all around and under the larger pants. What an amazing plant it is.

Luvly, luvly luvly all. My one and only container of plump coleus don't grow but they look prettiful as they are. I shall pictify it when it's out of the sun
