That is a Hymenocallis and it looks like it is the variety 'Sulphur Queen'.

It almost looks like the Alpine Lily I just saw in Montana's Glacier National Park last week (confirmed name).
Such a sweet flower - takes years to get through up to 8" of ice and blooms every several years.
