A lady at work asked me to ID this plant. It sort of looks like a Pride of Barbados, but the flower isn't exactly like mine. Any ideas?

Actually, I posted the answers as Caesalpinia gilliesii, because that's what I knew it as. Then when I was looking for a photo in the database, I realized that the name had been changed, so I edited the original post.

I suppose Kew has the final word, but I spent an hour looking for a photo before I went with Caesalpinia. Found tons of pics there. Hilarious!
