Someone gave me direction to where I was supposed to post this question, but, embarrassingly, I have lost the message. So, I will try this location. I found this big bug while digging around my walnut seedlings. It is about 2 inches long. Can anyone identify it. Is it friend or foe?





Also, if there is another area of the site better suited for this kind of thing please let me know.
