Going through my pics on my back up drive I found this. Did I see it here? I think it is neat.

Greg how is your sedum pics doing? I think it was you that made one right?

I made 3 they did okay but our winter was brutal.

CInta that is cool!! I never did a sedum one (yet!!)
I did however do a semp wall - which is doing "Ok" not amazing like last year, but not totally dead either! I keep adding more chicks to the wall so it seems to be young semps always...and because they are stressed having less soil than a pot or bed, they bloom out very readily!!
I'll take a current photo tomorrow!!
Cheers I tip my hat to you.

Greg I am finding mine bloom out if they get too much sun. Something I did not have at my old house because I had a lot of shade. I moved all my semps to a shade spot and now they are sending out babies and not blooming.

I always thought they liked full sun.

Looking forward to seeing your semp wall.

Cinta mine is in full sun so that could be the problem...but I'm leaving it because there are a lot of young semps in it and they look healthy enough!! Hurray!

Hi @Cinta took me forever sorry but here is an updated photo... I don't know how to size it for ATP so you have to click on it and scroll through the image Shrug! Don't know if you can tell but many of the semps have bloomed out so there are spaces but the ones that haven't bloomed or died are looking healthy and making mini colonies so thats exciting!

Oh WOW Greg it is looking great. . I love your mask too. Yes that was the one I remember you started that I used my Idea borrowing technique. I was new and I was just searching around on this new garden forum I found. I had found the mask that I used at the dollar store 4 yrs ago and had forgot about them until I moved and started looking for something to do with them.

That is so cool Cinta!! Mine isn't a mask though, it is the broken off head from a cement garden figure, and it is heavy! This is partly why I had to have so much wire over it, but then I liked the look of it! Have fun continuing yours, they really are lovely and fun!!! Hurray!

Oh that is why it is so pretty. It looks expensive and impressive. My pictures are small. I could not wait for them to fill in and I wanted them on the wall by this winter. So I went to my local nursery that have pots for 3.00 but they are not named and brought those to fill in the body. If they are not rooted deep by this winter I might have to borrow your idea of wire over them.

I really would like to borrow that head you have though. o Rolling on the floor laughing

Yes my pictures are small. I cut the frames and they are 12 x 18. I am hoping to be able to hang them in Oct. Try to beat our first snowfall.
