That first plant looks very familiar but nothing is coming to mind right now except that the leaves remind me a bit of Tecoma stans:

I agree with Jay, the plant in the second photo sure looks like Hydocoltyle of some sort. We have this one here in Florida that is a noxious weed:

Several sites, including Wikipedia (I know, I know), list hydrocotyle asiatica and centella asiatica as synonymous.

I agree though, it definitely looks like it's some kind of hydrocotyle. The woman I got it from sneaked it in from Thailand, where they use it medicinally. It's not growing in a particularly wet environment, as the rest of the hydrocotyle seem to be, but I suppose that doesn't matter.

Even though the leaves look similar to Centella, the flowers are completely wrong.
