My first thought was Rumex of some sort because the leaves reminded of Bitter Dock (Rumex obtusifolius) that I found sprouting in a container a couple of years ago ... but I really don't have a clue.

I had a chance to look at a bunch of Rumex images online and my plant looks like a few of the 'seedling' images. Only thing is that mine is over 2 months old already. Wouldn't Rumex have grown a lot more in that time? I'll let it grow more and check back.
