Found growing in Roaring Fork Motor Trail, Gatlinburg, Tn. June 9, 2014
The only one I saw and has RED berries not orange. Is this the red berried Elderberry?

Looks like it to me. They grow wild in my back woods. Lovely shrub.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

Yes, it does appear to be red elderberry.
