Hey here I am. You do not really want to know about my green house. It is pathetic. I will take a pic for you when it stops raining. Look forward to that laugh ok. I just cannot get the hang of it. It gets too hot, it gets too cold, I forget to water etc etc. I am just no good at it. I put in heat this year and I think it got too hot in there. The rubber plants nose dived overnight. lol. poor me. I really need a green house buddy to tell me what to do when to do. I set up a beginner art forum but no one seems interested boo hoo. I am going to post my efforts any way. shirleyt

I know it's a big challenge. Especially since this southern weather will have me turning on the AC, then 2 hrs later I add a layer of clothes and turn on the heat.
We had the longest freezing temps in history.
Then we had one 65 degree day and six more freezers.
I recon you almost have to have a therometer that opens and closes vents as needed.
I would baby my coleus all spring then steam them in one day.
What is Sandy up to?

Hi all! Great to see you shirley & Patty!

Oh Susie, I do not know if I live up to my name or not. Wonder what I'm supposed to be like? LOL

I've been playing with the dentist today. Ugh! Probably my most dreaded thing of all to do. I was eating triscuits on Tuesday and felt one cut my gums between my back teeth and my jaw. I didn't think much of it but then woke up the next morning with my jaw swollen and hurting. Then today, I felt a bit worse and got a flashlight and looked waaaaaaay back there and it looked like I had some kind of abscess. Anyway, long story short... after them working me in and waiting forever, I do not have an abscess, I have a serious canker sore about an inch long, that is killing me. He put meds on it and I had to sit for 15 minutes with my mouth wide open then he sent me on my way.

So I came home, got Allan & Braden and we went out to eat. Actually, I can't eat much so I just had margaritas. LOLOL I feel fine now!

BTW, I sent Alice an invite last night. I bet she'll be along soon.
