Easter is soon over.....
In Sweden we are decorating our houses with eggs and chickens during Easter, no bunnies though (I think that is an American invention). Just chíckens and eggs, and yellow curtains, yellow table cloths, yellow lilies etc etc. The preferred Easter food for dinner is garlic-filled lambsteak with vegetables. With lots of yellow colored marsipan to go with the coffee after the meal :))))

My coleus are now stretching towards the spring sun, they're getting leggy and being pinched all the time - some are even trying to bloom :)))

Hey Alice, My California DIL brought us up some roasted lamb and mint jelly and risotto with sausage and vegetables. I will not list everything else we had for our feast but I thought it was interesting that we both had lamb. That is foods a southern girl is not used to eating. Thanks for telling us about your Easter Alice. I have not yet acquired a taste for lamb. I've tried it a lot of times in a lot of places. Just can't eat it. Kind of like venison. Can't eat that either. Strange because I love food and I love to eat good food. If I lived down Shirley's way I'd be on my second heart attack and weigh 500 pounds! Love the food in Louisiana. Umm Umm Good!

:))) OK, Juanita - no lamb served for you when you come visiting here! No worries, we have lots of different food over here in Sweden - and we even have American restaurants in abundance, f.inst. Hard Rock Café. LOL!
