I know very little about these plants. Is there any way to tell specifically which Delosperma this is?

I don't know anything about Delosperma either but it resembles this one: Ice Plant (Delosperma floribundum Starburst®)

Hopefully someone with more knowledge about these pretty plants will recognize it to be able to give you a more exact ID.

Doesn't appear to be Starburst. Notice the distinctive whit eye on Starburst?

I agree that it looks a lot like starburst but not exactly like it. Lynn is right that it's missing that distinct white eye. But also, these particular plants are very difficult to photograph. It seems like you can never capture their full essence in a photo.

I think it is probably one of the two. When I took pictures today, it was very sunny so that might've washed out the colors a bit when photographing too. I'm not sure how white the eye of the flower actually is.
I'll have to wait until tomorrow and reexamine them in person with now more knowledgeable eyes.

The bloom really does look a lot like Table Mountain.

Yep, I agree. I just went out and looked at them again. There is a very slight white eye, but nothing nearly as pronounced as Starburst. Table Mountain it is.

I agree that it looks Table Mountain. The low growth looks like my plant too. My Starburst is taller and looser looking. The marker says 4" tall, but it is more like 8"
