I've so enjoyed the pictures of your gardens. Your love of plants and all the hard work you do is very evident. It is all put together to make a beautiful and peaceful place, and you take lovely photo's to show it. Thanks for letting us visit your gardens, I'm sure enjoying it! Smiling

4susiesjoy, thank you for your kind words. I do love gardening, but to me it's play, not work! And as a fellow Minnesotan, you know we have to pack in as much fun as we can during our short growing season. And after this past brutal winter, I'm happy that anything at all survived!

Hilarious! Yes we do! Pretty intense gardening 'cuz we have to fit everything in fast! It's a short time from last frost until first frost. I was thankful too for the things that survived but I lost several trees last winter which was very disappointing. I must be a little further North than you as I'm in zone 3 and you're zone 4. Did you get in on the record breaking rain that some of MN has had?

Oh yes - can't get across the river because two of the three bridges in the western metro area are flooded, and the rivers are still rising, also more rain predicted. Maybe I should start building a big boat?

I was in Plymouth visiting this weekend and my sister had standing water on parts of her lawn and flowerbeds and in her basement. Not fun. Maybe a boat isn't such a bad idea! Whistling Hilarious!
