Uhmm hi I just wanted to know my plumeria cutting looked like it wasn't iimproving and I'm pretty new new to plumeria so I tried putting it in better soil but when I took it out Ifound that it had two roots and both were cut off from the base of the cutting iI want to know if it would still live
