Both these unknowns were wintersowed. I feel like I should know what this first one is but just don't. It's kind of leggy from lack of sun right now. Here are two views:
This other one is frustratingly nondescript to me at this stage--other than being rather chartreuse. Just narrowing down the genus would be nice:
Maybe a morning glory of some sort--I sowed them at the same time as the angelonia during spring-sowing, and this pot was labeled angelonia. None of those seedlings survived, though. It doesn't really look like it wants to vine... at least not yet.

That is it exactly. Thank you, Rick. I've never seen this one growing in my area, so must have come with the hand-gathered angelonia seeds I sowed from a trade. Interesting.
I'll watch the other one for developments that make it more familiar or could give you all any more clues.
