How do I add a NOID daylily to my plant list? It keeps telling me I have to find my plant first.

That's a little trickier and we are actually working on making this aspect of the lists better for people. In the meantime, add this one: Daylilies (Hemerocallis) to your list.

Then you can add a description in the "Comments" section. Dave, am I correct in thinking that we can now add an entry more than once to deal with things like multiple NOID daylilies?

Ah. Thought I'd seen a reference to doing that in another thread. That should teach me to pay closer attention! *Blush*

Thanks for the information. Since I have almost a half dozen that would need to be listed this way, I may just wait until this can be resolved.

You could just list the different ones in the "Comments" section of your list under a single generic "Daylily" entry. You can also post photos to your own "Comments" as well as text. Might be a bit clumsy with that many, but it would be an option. Probably just as easy to wait, tho. Betcha Dave makes multiple entries an option soon. Smiling

I think I will list as Woofie suggests - thank you! - but I will be glad to change them when the other option becomes available - thank you Dave! I'm just beginning to explore this website and wish I had known about it years ago. Thank You! Thank You! I tip my hat to you.

I think, not absolutely sure, that to post photos to your "Comments," that the photos have to already be somewhere on the site. But you can easily take care of that by just Tree-mailing the photos to yourself.
