Your first one is hard only because there are so many look-alikes, and I'm not sure about color ... I think there might be a tiny bit of blue-shift in the photo. Is the petal background light lavender, or more cream? The only one that jumps to mind, without learning a bit more about your daylily, is:

Though the photo appears to show a yellow eye, the hybridizer did list it as green like you have pictured. Thumbs up But, does it match any of the statistics in the database for Sabine?

I think the eye in Sabine Bauer is darker than the NOID photo. It also appears that Sabine Bauer has a more creped texture than the NOID?

There are tons of those creamy colored ones with dark eyes so finding a match may be difficult.

Definitely a guesstimate, Frillylily, yes! I like your keen eye, and Sharon's choice of a similarly blue-shifted photo leads me to believe that the purple color itself may be quite different than SB.

Terry's mentioned before that any possibility of selling potential NOIDs would not occur with uncertain registration names, so I trust it is just to explore potential look alikes (could always purchase a true-name cultivar once one is found that they like as much as the NOID).

You are so right, though, pale background with purple eye and edge ... lots and lots and oh so many lots more of them ... Hilarious!

I agree with Frilllily, I think Sabine baur is to purple.
In my garden it looks like a very true red eye.
Hazeleyes, Dixie flamingo looks very close,
In the garden it looks more orange pink colors.
Thank You!

Always helps to note color or other differences, anything you can describe to help us see what you (more than a camera) can see! I wouldn't even hazard a guess, then, at the true colors of the others, but I hope you do find what you are looking for, and get the chance to recoup them from a sure-name source! Group hug

just get on AHS and do an advanced search and enter in the height, see what happens.

Edit to say, the more info you type in, the less results you get but more targeted.
The less info you give, the more results but maybe too many to sort through.
You should know if it is fragrant, evergreen, check single flower form, early or late bloom, ect ect to narrow results.

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Russian Easter')

It looks like it has a lot of variances, so purchasing it and planting it side by side would be the best way to know for SURE.

Russian Easter looks exactly alike. That's what I am going to call it.
Aeirally inclined looks more pink with a red eye though.

On that one, it will help to know as many details about it as possible. Just a pic and height are not enough. How long have you had it? You know it will not be anything registered after you acquired it. ect ect.
