Echinacea pallida
Pale Coneflower (Echinacea pallida)
Echinacea sanguinea
Sanguine Purple Coneflower (Echinacea sanguinea)

Well then, I would guess the pale purple, as the other has less petals.

I'm only seeing about 10 ray flowers per flower (they look like petals.) There are two Echinacea flowers, one under the other, in your photo. Echinacea sanguinea used to be considered a subspecies of Echinacea pallida so I'm guessing they might be hard to tell apart. Maybe Jay will check in with a guess.
