I don't know how to click and drag while on an iphone or other touch screen device. It may be that for now this can only be done using a mouse that has a click and hold button.

Ok. Thanks. I take 99% of my pics my phone. Maybe I'll go in with a mouse and label then.

You can certainly do that. Upload it from your phone and later on your desktop go and tag them.
