Plant ID forum: Kauai plants

I have pictures of several plants from Kauai I don't know. Here's the first, it was a small landscaping shrub, the flowers were large, about two inches across.

I didn't get a very good picture of number 3, but it was common along the roadsides so I hope someone will recognize it.

Number 4 was some kind of orchid I think, no leaves, only the flower stalk was left.

I thought the last one was maybe Pinus patula, but I'm not even sure it's a true pine?

#3 Reminds me of Yellow Oleander (Cascabela thevetia)

#5 ?? Looks familiar, bloom reminds me of Amsonia but it's not that ... leaves don't match.
#6 Possibly a variety of Pritchardia Palm
