I have that same wagon, too, with a wheel that needs tightening... again. Were these wintersowed? Mine are still only a few inches tall, but growing.

Thank you. They were started in the greenhouse in late winter and moved into pots to grow on. I put them in the wagon to move them into the garden in late spring but liked the way they looked so just left them there.
