Fred I really like a bunch of your seedlings but this one jumped off my screen, HB24-15 COACH'S BRAIDED ANGEL X DR STUMP 20M 5.50"

Lisa, I like your teeth kids a ton, but the second one down looks like a major wow, congrats

Lots of nice stuff being posted and, I can't wait to join as it looks like my first hybridizing plants are going to open today,
Season is about a week late, but the itch is stronger for it.

I just love scrolling down and looking at all these amazing seedlings! Some fabulous crosses being posted on this thread. I think this is my favorite thread on ATP! Keep em coming!

Fred - "HB18-13 (BUDDY'S WILD AND WONDERFUL X HOTTER THAN THE FORTH OF JULY) X RED WIGGLER) 2YR 7" jumped right out at me! What a lovely, yet unusual looking orange bloom pattern. It looks like it's on fire!

I am so, so excited. My 1st seedling of 2014, and only the 2nd seedling I have brought from seed to bloom since I started my obsession with dayliliy's in 2009, Whoopee! Remember, addicts, I live in Vermont where seedlings can take anywhere from 1 to over 3 yrs. to bloom. 'Patience is definitely a virtue here'. This sdlg. took 2 yrs from seed to bloom. I liked the cross so much, that last yr. I moved it out of the sdlg. bed, and into the main garden without even seeing it bloom. I was not disappointed.

Hurray! Alex, so exciting to see seedlings bloom for the first time and what a fine one it is!

Thank you Fred, not sure it will make it to intro, but I love the wide petals and sepals. Maybe I'll get lucky and it will pass them on.

Hans, the first purple with the yellow edge, great contrast in color.
Cindy, nice deep green throats in those last 3.
Kidfishing, wish I could get crosses to produce like that. Sometimes lucky to get one good one never mind 5!

Thank-you all. Thank You! Without the support of all the gracious members here, I probably would not have the patience to grow seedlings. BUT, it looks like I will have at least 15 new seedlings bloom this summer. For me, that's amazing! Not sure, I will post them all, but the anticipation and excitement is growing. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!

I have a first time bloomer. Winter took care of the tag but it's either...Casper's Revenge x Princess Dianna or CR x Hooked. I would say the latter.

Missed this thread yesterday...Really nice seedlings Sandi Ken, Cindy and Fred. That 10" white spider is really cool.
Still only a few blooms in the seedlings. Yesterday was hot and humid with late afternoon storms caught an image of this one kept from last year just after the storms passed, a bit wet and missing stamens (sorry, I stole them earlier in the morning) *Blush*

Thumb of 2014-07-09/Char/eac029

And this one also kept last year caught a day or two ago as a big black cloud came over head...
