Can this rose sprawl over the ground? I heard it is somewhat shade tolerant? I need some bright color for the west exposure front yard where it is shady in the morning. I live in the Denver, CO, area - hot days, cool nights.

A western exposure should be fine for this rose, but if you want it to sprawl, you'll have to peg the canes to the ground while they're still young and pliable. It has a naturally upright habit.
