It was a cute family presentation and I seem to know it was about winning something clearly and regarding something to do with the anniversry of ATP.

What were the prizes? Acorns? Was it send acorns to win acorns?

I really missed the boat here somehow on this contest and am clueless.

Where were the rules and in what forum?................... Blinking followed with a serious Smiling and still Confused

I can't do all the forums and don't subscribe to any these days, yet appreciate them all as I bounce around.

What was I just viewing?

Seriously and Confused ,

Right.

It was a spontaneous fun thing that quite a few members chipped in to make happen. Read through the thread linked above to read about it, starting with the first post by me.

I did get that message Tara. Then it dissapeared?;... and I still didn't forget,... so I sent a card today. I do appreciate ATP but never enter contests here.

I still don't completely get the acorn thing either. Maybe If I could trade a hundred for items offered by advertisers............................kind of like the old "Green Stamps" Mom used to collect in the 60's.

!!! Hilarious!

Its all good. Smiling

David, to learn more about acorns click on "Acorns" in the footer of any page on the site here. When we host raffles, we announce them on the homepage and at the top of each weekly email newsletter (which you can sign up for on your preferences area.)

You buy a raffle ticket for 5 acorns and we always have very nice prizes from sponsors.

It would be cool to do an ATP auction then too,...Kind of like Ebay.

That way when sponsors offer free products they could be bid on with acorns. The closing time is set and when the auction is over the winner who pays with the most acorns wins the item.

Raffles aren't a me thing but winning a new tub of say;.......Miracle Gro;........or Garden Gloves, or whatever;............Daylilies;........would clearly beef up the concept of owning acorns and more pictures would be hitting the database then you might want! Hilarious! I tip my hat to you.

Love the site!

Thank you,
Keep up the good works and 3 is a great number! Thumbs up

David

...of course you could always charge for shipping and handling so you would not lose money in the auction...
