My husband brought in a branch from a shrub this mroning and asked me to get an ID on it for him.
It is growing wild on a mountain top. I am thinking it might be a blueberry or a huckleberry based on the berries in the second picture

Maybe Vaccinium corymmbosum Highbush Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) ?
