This isn't a plant question, rather a computer question about uploading plant images. I have uploaded a number of images in the recent past. Something went wrong with my computer, I called Norton, they accessed my computer (online) and fixed things so their program was doing it's job again. They removed a bunch of things. Anyway my question to you is, can you tell me what program is involved when uploading photos to your site? I sure hope someone can help me because I have a few plant images to load...ones that are not on ATP at this time. If no one knows, I will contact Norton again to see if they can shed some light on it.
Thanks,
Sue

Uploading images from your computer to ATP uses only your web browser and nothing else. Whether in the forum or the database, when you click on "Upload an image", it'll open a dialog window in your browser where you can then navigate your desktop's files and find the image you want to upload.

I got it working. I tried a bunch of things to no avail. Then I got the idea to actually type the address allthingsplants.com into the address box on the web site. (Otherwise I have been going to the ATP site via a bookmark or an email where I had a link.) Lo and behold I can upload pictures again and the site is much faster for me too. Hurray!
