A gift indeed! I just came back in from my garden, and my Rudbeckia has suddenly collapsed! Dried up, and poof! Actually, I think I'm seeing some rot/fungus...Strange...We've had very little rainfall...
If you let it go to seed Joseph, I bet next year it will be back. You could save some seed & let some go on the ground there where it is. You could sow the saved seed around the property as you desire.
