This is one way our community can say thank you to a Landlord with passion. He loves golf, horse racing, Gaelic football, rugby, soccer, but more than that, he has won Pub Of The Year for his beer for two years running now. What they fail to mention is his hard work and passion to make everyone welcome, young or old. Children are welcome in his garden; his love of his garden and those who visit it indicate to us the depth of his family values.

I used to live the next road up , to the left of the picture.
It is a lovely pub, and it looks even better these days.
Take care

Never been to a pub in England. Would you suggest Guiness or a stout? Lee Blinking

Dear Lee, nice to hear from you again. Guinness is a stout and is an acquired taste. Bitter is our traditional drink, although the youngsters drink lager! Nice pie and a pint mate, a great British tradition.
The pub is a social place, as well as somewhere to have drink. You can check on all your friends etc. to see if they are all right!
Keep well and warm from a snow and ice bound England.
Regards.
Neil.

Thanks Neil, for the information. What else can one expect from an American. Rolling on the floor laughing
Not often do I drink but when I do, I really like a beer but I'm used to AMER. beers. Maybe not the best but adequate after a long, hot, humid day in the Deep South.
Which cohorts do you suggest?
Regards you wise and amusing man.
It's only 12:13a.m. Time there? And are you up this time of the morning? If so, I'd so like to Skype with y'all. Lee

Dear lee it is 06:30 in the morning here and there is snow everywhere.
This is what it was like yesterday, you want to see it now. Not a good idea to skype at this time.
Regards.
Neil.
