oh Ken, you have some of the same ones on your wish list that I have on mine. I may have some increases next year on Leopard's Print and if so I can send you some. I had forgotten to put Graph on my list. I will have to go look at Awesome Alex. lol

Ken I have Cat's Eye and Leapord's print I could send for postage if you're interested. I used to have Elephant's Footprint, but it died out. I don't even know where you could find it anymore. I liked that one too. I have lots of Awesome Alex!

Tom,

Stoney Creek Iris has that in their inventory. You might want to drop Katie a line. I don't think she is selling this year as she needed a year off to replenish her stock. Having said that, she may have lots of this one and be willing to let you make an order. Can't hurt to ask.

I do what Rob does and use the List feature here to track my wish list. Have about 30 on it now and that is after severe editing the last few weeks. Sticking tongue out

There are a few I would like to add next year to "try again". Dark Crystal, Grand Canyon, and Shannopin...all ones I had, and lost for one reason or another. They all are available, at one vendor or another, so they will be "easy". Then there are some (quite a few, actually!) that I lust after, but will probably never find, as they no doubt "lost their name" years ago ! And, of course, anything that fits into my 'Indian Themed"bed (s), that I don't already grow! I'll probably add a few more spuria iris....I really liked the two that I have. And if I could add a few to the re bloomer beds....that would be nice! Especially some of the "Historic' ones...there again, they are available, here, and there, so they will be fairly easy to add......Arlyn

There's always next year ,Tom ! And if there ISN'T a next year, it won't really matter !! DC was the one that had the "strange rot" problem this year.....and ,so far at least, seems to be the only one that was affected ! It has always been somewhat of a 'hard luck' iris here in my garden, anyway, and when you compare those 'iffy' growers to those that are 'rampant" growers (like Flower Shower, or Show me yellow), well, there IS no comparison !...........Arlyn

Well, it grows really well here, I thin it some every year to keep it in check.

Thanks for the offer Tom and Bonnie. I'll keep that in mind for next year. My father has been in and out the hospital with many problems here this summer and past year. I have been pretty busy helping them among other things going on. I expanded a couple beds and divided what I have and added the few that I have ordered this year. Now I just want to keep my time open for whatever needs my parents have. I tip my hat to you. I tip my hat to you. I tip my hat to you.

Arlyn, my Shannopin should be sufficiently increased for next year.

Sherry, this season or next for HelenC?

My wish list is all historic ones-many by Barr, Denis, Caparne, Millet, Foster and Verdier. I have some of each of these hybridizers, but many seem lost, at least in this country. Todaro, Reuthe and Ware are a few others of interest.

Ken - I have Kid Power on order. Since you are not in a hurry, I can probably send you some in the next year or two (depending on how well it grows here).

Is it just me, or do all those gorgeous iris database shots by ARUBA1334 that run along side the forum page make you want to add more iris to your wish list? There have been more than a few that have caught my fancy.

Example: today's pics of Miss Fluffy and New Found Glory. American Original is really nice too!

Yep, one of his photographs made me, made me, I tell you, buy an Iris for more than I have ever spent on a single plant in my whole entire put-together! And it will be worth every single cent, too. Gosh, he gives us some beautiful images. Lovey dubby
