Thank you, Ronnie and Alana. Smiling

Ipomoea albivenia has a flower about the size of I. alba but slightly less in diameter.

Look, my purp ID'd as Joyce Cobb is showing a reddish flower! Some are more red than purple today.

Here is a purp I grew in winter indoors, making its first flowers, finally, outdoors. It has an interesting color and relatively reduced color spots.

Joyce is pretty, but I always love a backlit Rebecca.

A good photo of this one eludes me every year. It is cream rather than white.

Well this spring I ordered seeds some from japan and some domestic from a few sellers.. A few less exciting ones went to the street planter.. They grew out nicely.. But seem to have been completely taken over by volunteers..it's not all that sunny in the mornings so they were slow to declare themselves... But maybe in the mess of vines... That are growing up to the third floor now..perhaps there will be a new one......in the evening the solar flowers in the vines glow... So it's nice to have leaves for them.. I'll rent some support for them over the doorway/entrance to give the look of an archway......The moon flower has started upstairs though.. With a flower over six inches across.. I can't wait for it to really get flowering

Nice moonflowers! Six inch diameter flowers are alluring, especially fragrant ones.

Thanks Ann. Actually, what is missing from the photo is a hint of yellow, a very pale buttery color that is barely there, but a little more evident than in your enhancement.
