The second looks like a canna.
The 3rd is commonly called blackberry lily.

The first one I'll hazard a guess that it is a type of Copperleaf (Acalypha wilkesiana).
I agree with Ann on the other two.

The first one could be a Perilla frutescens. If the leaves taste like licorice that could be it.
