I have some pics that I hope to post. Several years ago I ordered Jin Jiang from Oakes because I fell in love with the brownish glaze in the picture. I also ordered Catherine Neal (not sure but I think I ordered it from another source.) I planted them in the same bed and I can't tell the difference! I really love them both whatever they are. The buds are a blotchy dark red, and they are purple with a brownish lizardy mottled pattern. Anyone else grow these and noticed these characteristics?

Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Jin Jiang')
Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Catherine Neal')

My plants look a little like these only when they first open. Then it gets a wonderful change to what I thought Purple Chameleon would be like, but isn't!

My Catherine Neal hasn't bloomed this year, I almost lost it a year ago for some reason and it is still recovering. If I have time, I will try to find a photo of mine from several years ago

I don't have the other one
