I have a couple of bottle trees also, but can no longer pick them out of the recycle bins in my neighborhood as the open crates we used to use have now been replaced by large garbage cans (green lid for trash or yard waste and yellow lid for the recycles).

Bonnie even my husband had to come read this article. We both loved it.
My favorites are the bicycle wheels. They are amazing. The glass catching the light intrigues me.
Thank you so much for writing this article.

You are so welcome. I love creating something unique for my garden out of stuff that would otherwise go to a landfill. The wheels are easy to make and you can add a swivel to the top and they will rotate with the breeze. I suggest before you make one that you decide whether you want them left in the silver color or painted flat brown to imitate a rusty wheel. I like them both. smiles
