Phlox makes the best companion for lilies in my book. Doesn't hurt that the hummers and butterflies love it too.

Replace your lawn with a garden!
Flame coral is my favorite phlox. Love the tiny purple eye with the coral color, and its long bloom time. I agree, great combo with the lilies!
