Here are some pictures from the cactus and succulent show at the Los Angeles Arboretum. (I don't know the names of any of these plants. I didn't take pictures of the name tags.)

We always enjoy the cactus show every year. I gave DH a choice for yesterday, we could go to the Ventura County Fair or the cactus show. He chose the cactus show.

I would have chosen that too! Thanks for sharing all those specimens (some were winners?) with us, Kelli.

Most of what I posted were winners. You can see the ribbons on the table in most of the pictures. Blue is 1st prize, red is 2nd prize, light green is 3rd prize, and the fancy green ribbon is 'outstanding'. Some were also 'best of show' and got plaques or trophies.

Kelli, was this at the Inter-City Cactus & Succulent show? I belong to the LACSS and was a volunteer at the show. I didn't bring plants to this competition due to conflicting scheduling but I really enjoyed the show. Here are a few more pics from the show:
