If you can tell us about a specific problem you're having we will be better able to help. Are you trying to post a photograph yehudith? Post to a specific forum on ATP?

Deleting this post ... I guess my laptop had a case of the *hiccups* because this is a duplicate.

yehudith,

You can post comments to any thread on any forum here on ATP. I'm not real good at explaining things but if you scroll down to the area at the bottom of any page where it says Post a reply you will see a place that says [Your message:] Type what you'd like to say in that box and then click on the green button that says Finished, or you can click Preview and proofread what you've typed first ... but then don't forget to click the green "Finished" button or the post will not transmit.

If you are wanting to start a new thread on a forum, go to the main forum page and find the forum you are wanting to chat or share photos on; example the All Things Gardening Forum here: http://garden.org/forums/view/... If you want to begin a new subject/thread, scroll to the bottom of the page and where it says Start a New Thread, type in a Subject and the next box down, type in what you want to comment about. If you want to share a photo of your subject, click on Upload an Image and find the photo on your computer and click on it and you will get directions for uploading. After a photo is uploaded you can click the Preview button to check it and don't forget to click on Finished. Then you can go back and view your new thread.

Please don't give up ... we have lots of great members who are always willing to help out and I'm sure there's someone else who can explain things better than I do. We're so glad you found us here at All Things Plants and if you have any questions whatsoever, don't ever hesitate to ask.

hi, Yehudith. Nice to see you here! Please feel free to come take a look in our midatlantic gardening forum. There are lots of people there happy to help! :-)

When you first click on a thread, it will take you to the first post in that thread. You need to get to the end of that thread in order to post something. You can do this by clicking on the last page of the thread, then scrolling down to the bottom where you find 'post a reply', and then under that is the 'message' box, where you type your message. Then you can click on 'finished' and this will post your message. Once you have visited a thread, it will 'remember' where you last left off reading, and take you automatically to your first unread post in that thread.
