Ok first pic (remebemer all in same pot) looks like black edges..
Second green edges. And see how its fading is it just dyong and i should cut them as soon as they do that? Does that help the plant?
The third.. see how its all droopy? Like one petal is drppy more than the other two sometimes.. maybe Ive over/under watered.. I have probably underwatered all my plants too much lately with everything going on...

Alli, the very first thing that comes to mind is that they are are "stretching" and exhibiting leggy growth, which usually indicates that they need brighter light. An east facing window would give good strong morning light. If it was outside in the shade, and you brought it in, that could also cause the leaf wilt and legginess.

The best "rule of thumb" for watering is to push your index finger down into the soil to the second joint. You can tell if the soil is really wet...too much water. If it is dry, time to water. This works with any actively growing container plant.

As for how to care for various container plants, you already have a great reference... http://garden.org/plants/ The Plant database here at ATP.

Also, just enter the name of the plant with the words how to care for ( How to care for Oxalis triangularis) into the search bar. Just remember it is best to consult a couple or three sites when you do search. Usually these sites will give you info on what soil the plant needs. (pH...acid or alkaline, quick draining, coarse, nutrient rich, etc) the links below should give you some basics.

Thank you moonhowl..
I did just read one of the links listed on previous posts.. on the false purple ones and it looks lik it sometimes but my fliwers are pink not wjite.. always pink. And at times as you know i getvthe green and i think the otheres are the black edges.. its just weird..

One of the main reasons I have had issues looking up alot of my plants and the care is I have absolutely no idea what the plant is called.. i just tend to get them and guess which isnt always a great thing..lol
But the article injust read the one i mentioned said if i put it in a low wider pot Im guessingbis what they mean it will bush out more..
I am going to repots almost all my plants into new pots get new soil.. but I have been hesitant about fertilizer to an extent.. I think I over do it .. and Ive used miricle grow forever and now dont really want to. So I will try to read up and go to the gardening center I mentioned before for soil etc advice and maybe buy.. I gotta figure out how to store it.. Im in an apartment with no balcony therefore no closet outside.. and the inside is limited on storage space..
Thank you all again ..

You are most welcome Alli. Please accept my condolences for your loss.

A suggestion, pick up a couple of the plastic bins with tight fitting lids that are available at most big box stores and dollar stores. Use one of them for soil and the other to store your fertilizer, tools, pots etc. They can be spray painted with the Krylon type paints for plastic to match/blend in with your decor,. Use them to set plants on by windows. Most of the bins have slightly recessed lids, so a small bit of water spilling won't damage the floor..

Well.. see.. that was my idea.. months and months ago when i got all this soil.. from lowes or home depot.. and If yoi have read some of yhe posts when i first came on you will see I wasnhaving issues with mold amd fungus mushroom etc.. I honstly never ever had that before.. ever. If I hadnt had to keep all the plants indoors at that time it wouldnt have been so bad.. but headaches etc.. I dont do well with alot of mold.. and I dontvthink I ever explained why I thougjt it happened.. cant recall .. I dont think so because I felt so freakin stupid. I had put allbthis soil in a plastic bin the kind you use for storage slealing lids etc.. and I tend to put a big sheet down in my livingroom and repot.. I like cold air not dying in the sun air... I opened the bin and the smell .. and specks of white stuff everywhere.. I tried to get it outside and just the prezsure of opening it .. it was in the air.. and stupid ass me then did another stupid thing.. my brain just wasnt working I seperated the bag that hadnt been opened.. and poured it into a bucket and used it... now not thinking ob yea... those bags all have holes in them.. becUse of the moisture control soil.. and see earlier before I stored the soil I used a few rocks from outside.. again never had an issue with it before doing that... rinsed etc.. but no sterilizing or amything.. they got thrpwn in the container too.. then after all that and me stupidly usong that other bag .. pop .. mushrroms white thick stuff on pots.. not the same look or feel as the mineral buildup.. headaches sneezing etc...so I got scated to store that way.. was it the soil and closed container or was it the couple of rocks that caused the kold or whatever it was....
So are you storing a certain type of soil that way? I have only used the miracle grow moisture stuff for years since I moved from dallas where I had a place that did homemade stuff and i used a old fashioned looking trashcan metal with tight lid.
Sorry so long I just am lost I dont see how soil wouldnt get moldy in a plastic container with a lid.. but then mine didmt in dallas but it wasnt damp.. ever. So is yours like my old soil no moisture just dry mix?

I think the 'moisture control' is causing most of your issues.

In your situation, I'd probably just get more soil as needed, hopefully nothing extra to worry about. There's no great way to store it. If you get stuff called cactus soil, things will probably go a lot easier. Potting soil is predominantly tiny particles of peat, which lodge so tightly together that pots have no air in them. Add silicone crystals (the moisture control) and you can get root rot in record time. Roots need oxygen and moisture at the same time to function. That's not possible if whatever the mix is has too many tiny particles, the soil at the bottom of the pot will always be airless.

Whatever you decide to put in pots, don't pack it tightly around roots. Give 'em a chance to breathe (and yourself a break from such high risk of causing the roots to rot, 'overwatering.') The one thing potted plants need for people to do for them shouldn't/needn't be what kills them.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

I just ran across this thread
..and please forgive I only scanned responses quickly
Looks like your plant is just going dormant, like all bulb type plants they have a dormant cycle . I just quit watering mine and put it in a cool place for a 2-4 week period then bring it out into bright light and water ...back to beautiful Smiling and blooming.

Been moving around stuff and getting the plants set up on actual stands etc so they are not on tge floor and the others outside have a place to come into with light still during the cooler months.
But as I moved my shamrock.. which is pretty much all purple again.. this little guy popped up I guess over the past week..
