I've been updating my SmugMug hosta galleries. I've been tracking my hostas there since 2008. If you want to look at them, they start at http://violaann.smugmug.com/Ga... I've proof read through "O". After "O", there are about 3 new hostas for which I don't yet have all the info filled in. Otherwise, I think they are done. Please let me know if you find a picture without a caption. (Sometimes it happens when I'm editing if I don't save properly).

Your hostas are just beautiful, as are your gardens. Your gallery is also a great source of reference for me to compare my hostas growth and coloration. I've learned a lot regarding growth habits and which hostas fare better than others by reading your comments about each one. What a wonderful job you did creating this source of reference.

Thank you Cheryl. It's been useful for me and I'm delighted that it's been of value to others as well. But do keep remembering that everyone has slightly different growing conditions. What has not grown well for me might grow well for you and vice versa. Any plant that you think you like is worth a try.
