I am trying to source a supplier of the King Midas daffodil bulb.

Don't know if this will help, but
King Midas, 2 Y-Y is a synonym of: Armynel
An English cultivar.
It's kind of old, first flowering/registation pre 1985.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.
