Found it with part yellow leaves and transplanted into good soil yellow areas turned white. Which variegated leaves frequently do. However the seedling is two feet tall and all true leaves are normal green. Can baby leaves only be variegated?

I found a variegated plant nearby that has variegated true leaves but had normal coetyldn leaves.
